PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Very occasionally we may unexpectedly run out of a product that has been ordered. If this happens, we will refund you if the product will not be in stock for over 1 week. Otherwise we will hold your order until it can be filled in its entirety.

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

In order to contract with Truelux Inc. you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.

Truelux Inc. retains the right to refuse any request made by you.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Truelux Inc. does not offer any refunds or exchanges.

CLAIMS

Any and all claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of shipment. To make a claim, the following will be required:

You are able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase; and
You can provide multiple pictures of shipment upon arrival including the shipping tag before the shipping boxes have been opened; and
The item is returned to us at the address provided.

Our team members will assess the item upon return to determine whether a refund will be offered. Please note that delivery and any ancillary costs are non-refundable.

OUR CONTRACT

When you place an order, you will receive an emailed receipt of your order. This will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. If your order is not accepted a full refund will be issued within 7 business days. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your order has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card in full.

PRICING, SHIPPING, & AVAILABILITY

While we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible. We will give you the option of placing your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund within 7 business days. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of GST. Delivery costs will be charged in full to the credit card on file after the order has been boxed but before it leaves our warehouse. Any delivery deposit charged prior will be applied toward the total delivery charges.

Service may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may place based on information on the service that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies

PAYMENT

Goods will not be dispatched until the full amount of product cost and shipping has been charged in its entirety.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel an order, call 360.900.6338 or email truelux@trueluxcandles.com the name of your store and a request to cancel. Orders can not be cancelled via voicemail. A cancellation request via email does not guarantee that the order has been or will be canceled.Orders can only be canceled with approval from Truelux Inc. If your order has not yet been processed by our warehouse, you'll be able to cancel or edit your order. If the order has been shipped it is not refundable and can not be cancelled. If the order has been packed but has not been shipped it may be cancelled with a full refund for shipping only, product total will be refunded minus an 18% restocking fee.

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from trueluxwholesale.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
